214: Finding Inner Strength When You’re in the Messy Middle
Life has been throwing some real curveballs my way recently. Imagine this: four of my amazing employees had to leave – two because of some really unfortunate circumstances and two I had to let go. Now, I’m juggling everything solo at my brick-and-mortar biz, and let me tell you, my courage muscles are getting quite the workout! 💪😅
You know me, I’m usually the “glass all the way full” type, but lately, it’s been feeling more like my glass is half-empty and losing drops by the day. I’ve been hearing from so many of you, my fellow practitioners, about how tough it’s been to keep that positive vibe when life feels overwhelming. We often think we can power through everything on our own, but even superheroes need their sidekicks! 🦸♂️🦸♀️
If you’re feeling like you’re just treading water, trying to stay afloat, know this: you are not alone. The good news? We don’t have to navigate these choppy waters by ourselves. By embracing the messy middle, being honest about our struggles, and finding strength in our vulnerability, we can not only survive but thrive.
Life isn’t always rainbows and unicorns, but even in the chaos, amazing things are waiting to happen. Embrace the turbulence, find your courage, and keep moving forward. 🌈✨
Together, we’ve got this. 💪 Let’s turn these challenges into stepping stones toward our greatest successes. 🌟
